Learn to be a Preceptor
This half day workshop is aimed at those who are new to the role of preceptor in health and social care and would like to find out more about the responsibilities and the skills involved. This covers understanding preceptorship and the benefits, the role and responsibilities, assessing learning needs and establishing meaningful goals, encouraging a psychologically safe environment and giving feedback.
