Introduction to Coaching

This full day workshop is aimed at delegates working in a position which requires developing others including mentoring, management and leadership. Learners will understand coaching with an organisation and context with organisational development strategy, how to conduct meaningful coaching conversations using established coaching models, the impact of psychographics, defining boundaries and developing skills.
