Throughout her career, she has worked with organisations to strengthen workforce development, improve staff experience, and promote organisational excellence. She has led the design, implementation, and evaluation of mentoring and preceptorship programmes, including the development of the first national Nursing Preceptorship Framework for NHS England.

A qualified coach, facilitator, and trainer, Desiree has dedicated more than three decades to developing people at every stage of their careers. She is passionate about helping individuals realise their potential, build confidence, and achieve lasting professional success through evidence-based learning and development. In addition to her consultancy work, Desiree is the author of four business books, reflecting her commitment to sharing knowledge and advancing professional practice.
