Leading Mentoring within Organisations  

This half day workshop is aimed at mentoring leads who would like to understand more about the programme, their role, responsibilities as a lead and how to support others.  It covers understanding mentoring in context, the role and responsibilities of the lead, mentor and mentee, how to establish a programme, evaluate outcomes and identify improvement plans.
