Introduction to Mentoring
This full day workshop is aimed at delegates who would like to become mentors, find out more about different sorts of mentoring, supporting different mentees and different situations. Learners will understand the different types of mentoring, context of mentoring in organisational development, the responsibilities and skills involved, encouraging a psychologically safe environment, planning the meetings, establishing rules and contracts, and giving feedback.
